By creating an account or using Reportly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Reportly is a brandable SaaS platform for data management, reporting, and visualization. We provide tools for organizing data into entities and records, creating charts and dashboards, generating PDF reports, and extending functionality through plugins. The platform supports multi-tenant deployment, where each organization operates within its own isolated environment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform; use the platform to store or process sensitive personal data (such as health or financial records) without appropriate safeguards; or resell or redistribute access to the platform without our written consent.

The Reportly platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Reportly and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform. Your organization's branding, logos, and customizations remain your property. Plugins and extensions available in the marketplace are subject to their own license terms.

You own all data you input into Reportly. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You may export your data at any time using our built-in export tools (CSV, PDF). Upon account termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

Some features and plugins may require payment. Prices are displayed before purchase and may be one-time or subscription-based. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the platform settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but these terms continue to apply to any prior use.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity, but cannot guarantee absolute reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reportly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
